Anger Workshop

Learn prevention techniques to control anger before it gets to the point of violence and criminal action. This is a six-hour class done in three separate two-hour blocks of instruction. It is held on designated Thursdays. Participants are required to complete a course workbook. Completing the workbook takes three to four hours. If all the requirements are met, the participant receives a certificate of completion. (James Beard leads video group)

In the interest of public safety and to slow the spread of COVID-19 in Harford County, all Anger Workshop classes will be held virtually.  Classes must have at least five participants.
