Special Exception and variance, proposed for the Third Election District, 748 Mahan Road, Aberdeen, by MICHAEL DePROSPERO.     Appealed because a special exception, pursuant to Section 267-88F(2) of the Harford County Code, to permit a 10-site campground and a variance from the Section 267-88F(2)(b) requirement of a minimum 200 feet of road frontage on an arterial or collector road in the Agricultural District, requires approval by the Board of Appeals.
