The Committee intends to meet in open session to approve the minutes and then vote to close the meeting to interview candidates for the Health Officer position. The public may attend the open session and observe the vote of the Committee to move into closed session. The Committee Chair will read into the record a closing statement that will be available for public inspection. The Committee will not reconvene in open session following the closed session.
