Appealed because an appeal of a final written determination by the Director of Planning, pursuant to Section 267-7A(6) of the Harford County Code, in a letter dated June 1, 2023, that the existing use on the subject property is not a valid, non-conforming use; a Special Exception, pursuant to Section 267-88H(1) to permit a construction services use; and a variance from the required 5 acre minimum lot (4.05 acres existing) and required 40 foot side yard setback for existing buildings in the Agricultural District, requires approval by the Board of Appeals.
