I don't agree with a decision on a permit or interpretation of a regulation made by a county agency. Is there a way I can appeal this decision?: Yes, Harford County does have an appeal process available to anyone who has been denied a license or permit, or who has a dispute with an agency's rule or decision. You must complete the required form to request an Administrative Appeal. The forms are available through the Office of the Director of Administration:

Once the completed form is received, a hearing will be scheduled.
