Q: When will a truck be sent to my street to plow or apply sand or salt? How do I report damage to my mailbox, curb or yard?
Routes are scheduled based on the severity of the snow fall or ice. Normally trucks are scheduled to do emergency routes first, then minor roads and cul-de-sacs. Any damage should be reported to the Highway Administrative Office.

During snow clearing operations, avoid parking on streets and in cul-de-sacs. Cars should remain in driveways, if possible. Listen to audible alarms and watch for flashing lights warning of backing equipment. Maintain at least two car lengths minimum space behind large equipment, including dump trucks. Avoid being caught in the blind spot!
