Upon receiving a request, the Department will review its files which date back to 1988, and provide responsive documents for review or, upon request, will provide copies of permit documentation or certificates of occupancy for the address(es) requested upon payment of the applicable fees described below. All record requests are processed in the order in which they are received. If a request is denied, the reason for denial will be provided to the applicant within 15 days. These funds were allocated by formula to jurisdictions that qualified for funding through the HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME Program) from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
