Harford Executive Cassilly Opposes Days Cove Rubble Landfill Discharge Increase
In a recent letter, Harford County Executive Bob Cassilly urged the Maryland Department of the Environment to deny a request by rubble landfill operator Days Cove to double the allowable discharge from its operation from 12,500 to 25,000 gallons per day.
