The Harford County Department of Public Works, Division of Environmental Services has prepared a comprehensive update to the Solid Waste Management Plan for the 2015 – 2024 planning period. The County Council under Bill No. 15-004, introduced the new Plan with a public hearing held on February 17, 2015. The Council approved the Plan as amended on March 3, 2015.
