[ARCHIVED] County Executive Glassman Names Dr. Steven J. Fountain Medical Director of Harford County EMS

Dr. Fountain is an emergency medicine physician with the University of Maryland Upper Chesapeake Health System and took on this role with the county, which includes serving as the medical director for the Harford County Sheriff’s Office.
