Heavenly Waters Park Stream Restoration 

Construction Start: Summer 2021, Completion: Spring 2022

The Heavenly Waters Park Stream Restoration is a collaborative project between Harford Streams and Harford County Parks and Recreation.  

The purpose of this project is to remove a portion of the existing pond, recreate the stream channel, streamside wetland, and habitat.  This project not only improves stream health but also improves aesthetics.

Construction is approximately 15% complete, including stabilizing Tributary 1, relocating orange safety fence, and continuing in-stream work. 

No impacts to the Farm Fair are expected. 

The restoration is showing great progress.
