Construction - Summer 2021 through Spring 2022
Stream restoration completed December 2021. Bridges completed May 2022.
The Heavenly Waters Park Stream Restoration was a collaborative project between Harford Streams and Harford County Parks and Recreation.
The purpose of this project was to remove a portion of the existing pond and recreate the stream channel, streamside wetlands, and habitat. This project not only improves stream health but also improves aesthetics.
