The unnamed tributary to Emmord Branch project at the Magnolia Elementary and Middle School Properties is a stream restoration design located in Joppa, Harford County, Maryland. The project purpose is to restore the tributary to reduce pollutant loadings and to provide functional uplift for the stream.
